Education Minister Mohibul Hasan Chowdhury has asked the National Curriculum and Textbook Board (NCTB) to make recommendations on simplifying the evaluation of the new curriculum in consultation with experts.
On Thursday, the Education Minister exchanged views with the experts related to examination and evaluation at Motijheel in the capital. Then he said this. This information has been informed in the press release of the Ministry of Education.
The Education Minister asked experts to discuss the new curriculum evaluation system and review the data as well as the experience that will be had until January and February. He asked the NCTB to scrutinize it in detail and make recommendations at the policy-making level to make assessment easier for teachers, students and parents.

It has been said before that this is not a permanent matter, it has to be implemented in a ‘rigid’ manner – but it is not. There must be change if necessary.
