The locals should be ashamed, they threw garbage in this canal, grabbed it and strangled it to death. But everyone says that the city corporation does nothing to solve the waterlogging. I want to tell the residents, if you stop throwing garbage in the canal, then there will be no flooding. Not only the city, but also you have to take responsibility.
