Housewife China Begum left her three goats near the border railway line in front of the house to feed grass in the afternoon. Afternoon turns into evening. But the goat has no name to return home. China Begum reported the loss of the goat to the BGB member who was patrolling the zero line at night. Later BGB sent the news to BSF. He did not want his goats back after the flag meeting between the border guards of the two countries on Tuesday afternoon.

Around 12:30 PM, BSF Hilli Camp Sub-Inspector Rajes Baludah handed over the goats to BGB Hilli ICP Camp Commander Naik Subedar Fazlur Rahman at zero line adjacent to BGB Post No. 6 of Dinajpur’s Hilli border. Later, BGB explained the goats to China Begum, the owner of the goats, in the presence of local municipal councilor Rafiqul Islam.

Councilor Rafiqul Islam of Ward No. 2 of Hakimpur Municipality told Prothom Alo that China Begum of Dharanda Mahalla of the municipality left three goats to feed on grass in front of her house on Monday. In the evening went to the side of the railway line and did not see the goats. Later he searched around a lot. In the evening, not finding anywhere, informed the BGB members who were patrolling near the house. Later, after a flag meeting with BSF, the goats were returned.

Hilli ICP BGB Camp Commander Naik Subedar Fazlur Rahman told Prothom Alo that the woman’s three goats went into India yesterday evening. Later, BSF personnel rescued the goats from the three borders and kept them in custody at BSF’s Hili Camp. When the BSF camp was contacted in this regard, a flag meeting of the border guard forces of the two countries was held at the Dharanda area of the Hili border today at noon. After the meeting, the BSF returned the goats. Later the goats were handed over to the owner in the presence of the local councillor.
